Our partners from NMBU have participated in the 14th International Conference of the European Chitin Society (EUCHIS 2023) that is taking place in Siglufjörður, Iceland, during the 11th – 14th September.
They presented Project VALUABLE and gave a talk about “Enzymatic solubilisation of Aspergillus Niger biomass for vegan chitin extraction and its conversion to value-added bioproducts”.
